Were you on Facebook yesterday? Wow, what a beautiful, positive day! Here are a few of the highlights from my personal news feed.
“He is risen! Hooray! Happy Easter!”
“Lives again our glorious King!
Where, O death, is now thy sting?
Dying once, He all doth save;
Where thy victory, O grave?
Love’s redeeming work is done!
Fought the fight, the battle won!
Death, in vain, forbids Him rise–
Christ has opened paradise!
Alleluia!!!”
“Happy Easter! J started Sunday School today!”
“Hallelujah! Jesus is alive! Death has lost its victory and the grave has been denied. The Lamb of God is risen, He’s alive, He’s alive! Hallelujah, Jesus is alive!!”
‘As precious as it is to proclaim “Christ died for the world,” even sweeter it is to whisper “Christ died for me.”‘ ~ Max Lucado
“Celebrating the Truth that HE has RISEN!”
“The events of Easter Sunday put the “good” in Good Friday. On a similar note, these bow ties put the “good” in good lookin’ suits.”
All these sweet quotes, songs, and scriptures along with LOTS of pictures of families enjoying being together made Facebook an incredibly positive place to be yesterday!
Can we keep it that way? Today, will we quit posting about Jesus and start posting about our daily problems or can we keep Facebook a positive place? I’m not saying we QUIT posting about our daily lives, just that if we put Jesus first and encourage more than complain, maybe, just maybe, Facebook would be a place that motivates us, inspires us, and puts a song in our hearts!
Blessings friends!

I’ve just started a new Facebook page called “finding the joy in the everyday”, somewhere positive, joyful and Christ-based. Do drop by and join the community. I wanted a place where I could share good things in this world of not so good and at times down right miserable.
